The Running Club


Goal orientated running club
1-2 Group training sessions p/week.
FEES: The fee of the group program will be determined based on the duration of the term.

Our sessions range from heart-racing HIIT workouts to the disciplined challenge of boot camp training—guaranteed to keep your heart joyous and your mind charged!

10-Week Flex-n-Flow Groups:

Secure a 10-session pass.
Pop in as you wish, syncing with groups that compliment your fitness level.

Blend the digital with the real. Online training + 10 flexible group sessions.
